We were founded by a group of people with Big 4 and in-house corporate experience, combining over 60 years of international and Swiss experience and know-how in managing employer and individual compliance reporting requirements.

Per Melberg - global mobility and international tax, social security and payroll expert

Per Melberg

Managing Partner

Per is a highly experienced global mobility and international tax, social security and payroll expert with over 27 years of international working experience at Big 4 companies including Arthur Andersen, PwC and Deloitte. Furthermore, he has held inhouse corporate functions at the Carlsberg Group and F. Hoffmann-La Roche.

Throughout his career, of which the last 20 years have been in Switzerland, his focus has been on assisting multinationals with their international employer obligations and advising companies on all aspects of global mobility including international policies, processes and employer compliance.

Per holds a master’s degree in Economics and Commercial Law from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. Furthermore, he has been tutoring for more than 10 years at PwC’s international Tax Training Academy.

Selim Bucher - tax advisory and social security services

Selim Bucher

Managing Partner

Selim has been a licensed and certified fiduciary under Swiss federal legislation since 2014. Having worked for several years as engagement leader for Deloitte Switzerland, he has extensive experience in providing tax advisory and social security services to individuals living and working in Switzerland. He also supports multinational companies with their expatriate management and helps them improve their payroll systems to ensure tax and social security compliance for their mobile population.

Because he has lived in the US as an expat, he understands the challenges that mobile employees face when it comes to their tax and social security reporting requirements. He is excited about being able to share his experiences and offer payroll, tax advisory and social security services to the multinational companies operating Switzerland and to the expat community in Switzerland.

Karin Verheijen

Managing Partner

Karin has a wealth of experience as a multi-skilled global mobility, HR and employer compliance expert with a track record of over 20 years providing international and Swiss tax, social security, immigration and global mobility advisory services to multi-national corporations, start-up companies and individuals globally.

Throughout her career in Belgium and Switzerland as business unit leader in several of the Big 4 consulting companies, Karin has additionally gained considerable in-depth experience with workforce planning, talent management, people development, team transformation and change management and other people related topics such as diversity and inclusion.

Karin is holding a master`s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and a post-university degree in Tax Law and Consultancy. Recently, Karin was certified in HR Management and Analytics by The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
